    I'd like to see an explanation about the costs. Since it's ~$70/month to keep an EC2 instance up and running, and because one must design their architecture for failure, don't costs add up really quickly? Going the traditional VPS route seems much cheaper, and so I wonder where the benefits really come in, or if the cost can be reduced.

    @Luigi - great idea. I can definitely cover that in the talk. There are more and more options for EC2 "hosting" that I can cover. Thanks.

    I'd like to see a comparison of all the different clustering / scaling technologies. Pros and Cons of each:

    i.e. Right Scale, Fuzed, PoolParty, Scalr, Morph, ElasticRails plugin.
